*Referral Program Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility:

  • The NextGen Home Care Referral Program is open to individuals aged 18 and older who reside in British Columbia, Canada.

  • Referrers must not be employees or contractors of NextGen Home Care.

• Qualified Referral:

  • A referral is considered qualified when the referred individual becomes a paying client of NextGen Home Care and completes a minimum of 3 hours of any home care service (such as personal care, companionship, respite, or homemaking support).

  • Referrals must be new clients who have not previously used or inquired about NextGen Home Care services.

• Reward:

  • Referrers will receive a $50 gift (either as an electronic gift card or physical card) once the referral is verified as a qualified client.

  • Rewards are issued within 30 days of the referred client’s first completed service.

  • Limit of one referral reward per new client referred.

• Program Limitations:

  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotional programs or discounts.

  • NextGen Home Care reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.

  • Fraudulent or self-referrals will not be eligible.

• Tax Disclaimer:

  • Any tax implications related to receiving a referral reward are the responsibility of the participant.

• Consent:

  • By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that they have obtained consent from the person being referred to share their contact information with NextGen Home Care for follow-up.
